This is the Charvel USA Custom Shop San Dimas Zebra Neck Killer Koa Guitar. This is another one straight from the 2016 NAMM Show. It is a beautiful Red Dave Masterpiece. If you are reading this you probably already know there is nothing that plays like a Charvel. They are killer guitars Modified for High Performance and this guitar is no exception. Red Dave built a great one here. This Charvel has the contoured San Dimas Style body with a Premium Flamed Koa Body. For pickups it is loaded with a Dimarzio DP-100 Super Distortion in the Bridge and a Dimarzio DP-151 PAF Pro Pickup. They produce a ballsy cutting classic Dimarzio tone great for all types of Rock and Metal plus the pickups clean up nicely to deliver sparkling cleans. The neck is a Zebrawood neck sporting the classic Charvel San Dimas slim profile with an Zebrawood Skunk Stripe. The fretboard is a 12"-16" Compound Radius Maple Fretboard with Black Dot Inlays and 24 Jumbo Frets and the easy access truss rod wheel at the base of the neck. The headstock is a Fender licensed headstock with Schaller Tuners. This guitar also features an Hipshot Fixed Bridge with all Black Hardware. This is a one-of-a-kind guitar.
