This is the Charvel Custom Shop 1st Edition Legacy Bloodsplatter Electric Guitar.  This specific collection built especially for the 2007 Winter NAMM Show, and was limited to only 20 pieces (globally). This is one of, if not the last of the original 20.  This guitar comes with a special certificate hand signed by Grover Jackson as well as Todd Krause, Mike Shannon, Tim Wilson, and Mike Eldred all of which were original employees of Charvel in the beginning and were part of the design and building of these historic reproductions.  This first of its kind Master built Series consists of 5 classic models that helped define Charvel. Each and every detail on these guitars were replicated and reproduced using original tooling and technique. The guitar features New Old Stock brass tremolo systems and strap buttons for a true retro feel and look. Brass also resonates better than cheaper metals and thus is an excellent choice around string contact areas - ie the bridge.
 
The guitar comes with an officially supplied hard case, and a signed certificate from the master builders themselves.
