The instrument has an alder Dinky body with sharper-radius top edges and a flamboyantly florescent Purple Bengal finish. At CMC Guitars we love the FU Tone Upgrades. Of special note are the two Fishman® Fluence Classic humbucking pickups, which share a single volume control knob with special push/pull dual voice activation. Using this control, the PRF-CHB-NB1 neck pickup delivers ideal-but-elusive vintage PAF humbucking neck pickup tone with just the right dynamics and output (voice one), or a Fluence-exclusive neck tone with clear and airy chime, unreal high end, highly vocal midrange and tight lows (voice two). Similarly, the PRF-CHB-BB1 bridge pickup delivers ideal vintage PAF humbucking tone calibrated for perfect output (voice one), or quintessential hot-rodded humbucking bridge tone without all the baggage (voice two). The two-piece bolt-on maple neck has a Fender® Stratocaster® headstock with Charvel-branded die-cast tuners, graphite reinforcement and heel-mount truss rod adjustment wheel, and a Charvel neck plate. Atop that is a compound-radius maple fingerboard (12”-16”) with 22 jumbo frets and offset dot inlays. Other features include a three-way toggle pickup switch, rear-body “football” output jack, Floyd Rose® FRT-O2000 double-locking two-point tremolo bridge, and more.

 

FU TONE TITANIUM UPGRADES:

 

This guitar is extra special because it has been upgraded with Purple Titanium FU Tone Floyd Rose Upgrades. Floyd Rose Tremolo's come stock with light and wimpy trem blocks. In addition many of the key components that players use the most on a Floyd Rose are constructed out of weak and flimsy metal. FU Tone changes all of that. The FU Tone Big Blocks provide more mass which equals more resonance and tone transfer. The trem claw and screws have been upgraded to brass too. In short, with these upgrades your guitar will sound like it just took a big dose of steroids. Fatter Tone and Sustain for days is the result. And it looks a lot cooler with the green parts. Anyone that has played Floyd Rose Trems probably has had broken String Blocks. They are made out of cheap metal. The String Blocks is where your string locks into the bridge. That should be made out of the best metal. Well FU Tone fixes that with Titanium String Blocks. Titanium is the strongest metal that could be used and provides maximum tone transfer. Similarly Floyd Players know how weak all the screws are on the stock Floyd Rose Bridges. These FU Tone Purple Titanium Screws fix that. Never worry about stripping them again. Also, the flimsy Floyd Rose Trem Posts have also been upgraded to Black Titanium. So it looks great, is indestructible, and provides maximum tone transfer.
