This is the Charvel USA Custom Shop San Dimas HS Trans Aqua Burst Guitar. Charvel USA Made Guitars are the true one and only Hot Rod Guitar. They are a guitarists dream come true because are built for speed and playability. This Charvel San Dimas that is a one-off we picked up from a dealer event and it is a killer. The neck is contoured for comfort to allow for fast and effortless playing with nicely rolled edges. No one does it like Charvel. The finish on this guitar is really unique too. It is a Satin Trans Aqua Burst with a beautifully figured Flamed Maple Top. This Charvel has the contoured San Dimas Style body with a Premium Basswood Body. For pickups it is loaded with an EMG  81 Bridge Pickup and an EMG SA Single Coil Neck Pickup. This configuration delivers tight and focused tones and presitine cleans. You get the best of both worlds. In addition, there is a battery compartment on the back of the guitar for easy access to change the battery on the Active EMG pickups. The neck is a quartersawn maple neck sporting the classic Charvel San Dimas slim profile. The fretboard is an Ebony Compound Radius Fretboard with Mother of Pearl Dot Inlays and 22 Jumbo Frets for smooth and easy chording and note bending without fretting out or tripping up on the fretboard. The headstock is a Fender licensed headstock with Schaller Tuners. This guitar also features an Original Floyd Rose Bridge and locking nut. It is really smooth and accurate, and stays in tune perfectly. You have the best locking trem in the business installed on this guitar. The trem is not recessed on this model, it surface mounted on the body of the guitar with room to still pull up on the bar.
