This is the Fender Custom Shop '63 Telecaster Custom Journeyman Closet Classic Lake Placid Blue Guitar. This Telecast Custom is a beauty. A Journeyman Closet Classic Finished Fender is like pulling the guitar out of the case that has been sitting under your bed for 50 years. It will have natural aging and checking along with some lite wear. This Tele features a beautiful Lake Placid Blue finish and Double Bound Lightweight (7.4 lbs) Alder Body. This guitar screams of Vintage Fender. It also has a Medium Tinted Maple '63 "C" Shape Neck with a Round Lam Rosewood Fretboard with a more modern 9.5" radius. In addition we loaded this Telecaster with Fender Custom Shop Handwired Twisted Tele Bridge & Neck pickups, 3-Way Switch with Modern Wiring with the Greasebucket Tone Circuit which rolls off high end without adding bass. It keeps the tone circuit from getting too boomy. It is finished off with Vintage White 8-Hole 3-Ply Pickguard. This is one killer Custom Shop Telecaster. Don't miss out on this one.
