This is a Fender Custom Shop NOS '69 Stratocaster Black Strat Guitar. If you've ever wanted to own a 1969 Stratocaster without taking out a second mortgage on your house here is the next best thing. 1969 was an incredible year for music. Hendrix took the stage at Woodstock that summer, armed with his Fender Strat he changed rock music forever. So if you are looking to have a piece of history in your guitar history this is the closet you can get with out spending a small fortune. This '69 Strat is just like you would have gotten off the shelf in 1969 but with a few upgrades for the modern player. This Fender Strat features the upgraded 5-way pickup selector, 9.50" neck radius, and larger Dunlop 6105 Frets for easier bending. It is stocked with the Vintage Chrome Hardware just like you would have seen off the rack in 1969. And this Strat is loaded with vintage Custom Shop '69's Pickups with the middle pickup Reverse Wound/Reverse Polarity to recreate the same sounds from the original. And it weighs in at 7.8 lbs so you back won't break playing this one all night. This Fender Stratocaster is a classic. Grab it while you can.

This Fender Custom Shop Strat boasts tinted 1-piece maple neck is wrapped with a Light Tint Nitro finish and sports the classic '69 U" shape neck profile. It also has a Lightweight Alder body with a nitro-lacquer finish. The Classic Fender '69 Stratocaster has a 3-ply pick guard and the upgraded 5-way pickup switch with three Custom Shop '69 single-coil pickups with the middle pickup being Reverse Wound/Reverse Polarity to reduce the hum.

NOS stands for "New Old Stock". This means the instrument is brand new out of the box with none of the dings, scratches and wear/tear found on the Relic guitars. Look ma€no dings or scratches.
