This is a Fender Custom Shop Relic '69 Stratocaster Maple Neck Aged White Blonde Guitar.    If you are looking for a classic Fender Stratocaster, look no further. CMC guitars did a small batch run of the famous '69 Stratocaster's given the Relic treatment.  Hendrix made the Fender '69 Strat legendary when he used it at Woodstock. This Fender Strat features the 9.50" neck radius and a Maple Neck with a Maple Round Laminate Fretboard and Vintage Chrome Hardware.  And this Strat is loaded with vintage Custom Shop Fat '50's Pickups with the middle pickup Reverse Wound/Reverse Polarity.   This Fender Stratocaster is a must have.

Highlights
This Fender Custom Shop Strat boasts an ash body with a nitro-lacquer finish. The tinted 1-piece maple neck is wrapped with a polyurethane finish and sports the" '69 U" shape and an Maple Round Laminate Fretboard. This Strat has a 3-ply pickguard and 5-way pickup switch with three single-coil pickups.

Relic Treatment - What's the deal???
This Strat is treated with the Relic treatment. This means the instrument is finished to resemble an instrument that has enjoyed a long life of heavy use. This includes significant wear and tear to the finish, dings to the body, neck, and headstock, and aged hardware. The end result is an instrument that looks like it's been around for a while and plays like a broken-in instrument.  After playing one of the Relic Strats there is no other way to go.  Just like your favorite old pair of jeans it just feels right.
