The Fender Custom Shop Telecaster Masterbuilt Yuriy Shishkov Rosewood Tele NAMM Guitar is another one-of-a-kind beauty featured at the 2015 NAMM Show. This was built by Masterbuilder Yuriy Shishkov. If you are "in the know" about the Fender Custom Shop then you know Yuriy's guitars are coveted works of art. There is always a long wait time to get one of his guitars. So here is your chance to get one of Yuriy's guitars without the wait. This one is even more special because it is a Rosewood Tele. A Rosewood Tele brings to mind the late great George Harrison playing on the rooftop of the Apple building in London in 1969. While this isn't to the same specs as the one George played this one is an amazing guitar all to its own. The body is Premium Indian Rosewood that is chambered with an "F" in a Natural Lacquer Finish. The neck an Indian Rosewood Neck with a WLS Satin Urethan Finish that is beautifully figured and has a Large 51 "U" Profile. This chunky neck feels so right. This Masterbuilt Tele also features the more modern 9.5" Fretboard radius which is a flatter than the standard vintage radius which makes it a little easier to make big bends. In addition Yuriy put Vintage Frets on this Telecaster for an authentic feel and vibe. And to top it all off this guitar is fitted with a Bigsby B-5 Bridge and a TV Jones T-Armond P-90 Neck Pickup and a Fender Custom Shop '67 Tele Bridge Pickup. This is a true one-of-a-kind collectors piece from one of the great Fender Custom Shop Masterbuilders. This guitar weighs 9.6 lbs. The tone is absolutely stunning. It chimes and is very resonant.
