This is a Jackson USA Custom Shop Limited Edition Mick Thomson Carbon Fiber Soloist. To commemorate the 40th Anniversary of the Jackson® Custom Shop, the creative minds at Jackson collaborated with signature artist and Slipknot axeman Mick Thomson to design the USA Signature Limited Edition Mick Thomson Carbon Fiber Soloist™. Thomson has ascended the metal throne has one of the genre’s most admired guitarists, and this limited model puts a remarkable spin on Thomson’s choice battle axe with a carbon fiber top over the Soloist mahogany body, as well as other brazen Jackson appointments. Premium features include a three-piece quartersawn through-body maple neck with graphite reinforcement, 12”-16” compound radius bound ebony fingerboard with 24 jumbo frets and white block side dots, Mick Thomson Signature Seymour Duncan® EMTY Blackout® humbucking bridge and neck pickups, three-way blade switch, single volume control, custom Jackson MTB HT6 bridge, Jackson-branded Gotoh® tuning machines and Schaller® locking strap buttons. The USA Signature Limited Edition Mick Thomson Carbon Fiber Soloist is available in Black with a matching reverse Jackson pointed headstock and black hardware.
