This is a Jackson USA Custom Shop RR24 IH Randy Rhoads Black Chrome Guitar. This guitar is part of the NAMM 2014 Collection and it is a one of kind made for the show. The Randy Rhoads guitar is one of the most instantly recognizable guitars ever made. Mike Shannon built the first one and over 30 years later the Jackson Randy Rhoads has become legendary. Jackson master builder Mike Shannon along with Randy Rhoads himself designed the first incarnation of this guitar. It was originally called the Jackson Concord but it soon became known as the Jackson RR1 Randy Rhoads Guitar. This guitar was a special guitar built just for the NAMM Show. The RR24 features 24 Jumbo Frets unlike the RR1 which has only 22 Frets. Other features include an Alder body, Quartersawn Maple Neck (through body), Compound Radius Ebony Fingerboard, a single EVH® Wolfgang Chrome Covered Humbucking Pickup, Chrome Hardware, Original Floyd Rose Bridge and Mother of Pearl Shark Fin Inlays.
